Counselling will help with this. Ask yourself "Do I have too much on my mind? Am I easily triggered by certain things people do or say?"

Why do you feel like it's your duty to "make people realise that pornstars go into porn of their own accord and aren't always abused"?

The way I'm choosing to respond to your comment though is that real porn is somebody consenting to do it or happy making a lifestyle out of it and I'm not here judging it but I don't think somebody should be praised for it either and I don't think porn is ever something that's necessary for you to do. My main point is that the things other people choose to do that aren't illegal should not have any affect on your personal life. We are all humans living our own lives and if I took the time I spent focusing on myself and put it into passing judgment on other people I would probably just be another Karen or Kyle.
