I feel that answer "I have a high sex drive so doing porn is okay for me”— is just girls telling you what they think you want to hear— and is the most widely used excuse amongst women in the porn industry. ….Us women go through so much in our lives, more than most men can imagine. You can’t always see out scars— but they are there just beneath the surface… We have to pretend to be strong— we have to giggle, act bubbly, and fidget— because we learned at a young age to mimic what the world wants from us. She should take a break from the adult work, from the boyfriend, from s3xual intimacy, and spend a few years healing. Being s3xually active before you are mentally ready— being forced— that is the worst, most mentally damaging thing and that trauma lasts forever (I say that as a r*pe & ab*se survivor). I wish her nothing but good things… If she truly loves her job, that’s wonderful— but if not I hope she finds what brings her joy & peace 💗

I’m really curious. If given the chance, I’d vote yes for legalizing prostitution, and for decriminalizing it, just like what Belgium did 3 and a half months ago, on March 18 for instance.
I’m not saying all sex workers have trauma obviously. But should that be something a client should worry about? Even if he/she is paying 2500 dollars for an overnight date?
