Oh BTW I’ve been through similar hell in my childhood as well as in adulthood - beaten so bad that I’ve bled, mentally abused for 3 decades that I suffer from c-PTSD, sexually abused for being a person of color, abandoned by parents, wife, friends… and even ill-treated & shouted at by my psychiatrist for not recovering soon enough from depression, anxiety and suicide attempts.
