Maybe she lived in a restricted environment and wanted "freedom"
Perhaps they was rejected at some point in their lifetime and wanted to feel accepted in an environment...
Perhaps many of these women are human trafficked and put into these clubs
Maybe she had economic issues growing up and currently and wanted to find a place to pay up and her self esteem crashed in the workplace clinging into money and men for worth
There's so many different reasons why these women (men included) to why it happens it all varies but nonetheless the workplace is toxic
