I feel as though it's quite metaphorical having a nude photo- it's representative of the raw,stripped back, bare interview style.
There's something powerful about the fact that the nude photo was on her terms too.. almost liberating. It's parallel to her role within the sex industry- she is the one in control, not the other way around. She is claiming back her power after years of being the victim of sexual abuse at the hands of others.

Luna’s life has become stuck within that dysfunctional contaminated mirror only knowing how to connect/bond with herself & or others by an “unidentifiable” insatiable need (she inaccurately perceives this as simply having a high sex drive) via “accommodating” the selfish needs of someone using her body for their own sexual gratification.
She says she’s so intrigued by what turns someone else on & finding out what that is, is what turns her on. Her boyfriend being vicariously turned on watching her with another man, likely equally turns her on for similar reasons reminiscent to childhood memories of sexual pleasure being mixed up with needs of disassociating.
It’s deeply heartbreaking to see how she can’t reconcile her OWN IDENTITY from the continuing enslavement to haunting reflections of freakin monsters who’d used, abused & harmed her throughout her childhood!
