id: 550972 - Text: He monetizes the guests videos. They get millions of views and put their anonymity on the line. The guests deserve some part of that profit.

id: 550979 - Text:  @MultiPoseur  I believe you’re overreaching the situation, and your statement is filled with assumptions. If these people are ordinary like you and I or share similar upbringing they wouldn’t be in the current situation as they are. As for Mark you have to follow him in many of his other videos to understand his work.

id: 550983 - Text:  @ryzepoetix  I agree with you. His videos conflict me. I feel like it's not right to make videos of people's trauma so that everyone can gawk at them. There are people who get off on sensationalising others trauma and this feels like it to me. Maybe I'm wrong, I cannot speak for this person's integrity and I understand that doing the videos and getting views generates money that in turn can help these people :/ like I said, conflicting

id: 550985 - Text:  @ellezjl  my brain even went as far as exploring the possibility of him getting something out of it, and not just the videos, if you know what I mean :/ getting thousands of dollars and an apartment and a car from a complete stranger is just unheard of

id: 550995 - Text: He rubbed me off the wrong way from the first video. I don’t trust him. I feel like he has some issues. And may not be as bad as a pimp but feels very sus

id: 551001 - Text:  @ryzepoetix  my common sense is absolutely fine thank you. If you had paid attention to the whole video, you would remember that he noticed she wasn't home...

id: 551004 - Text:  @badalice6784  I, like most people on this thread, am defending the girl who's privacy is being violated. You're one of the only ones on here not getting the point, and thinking her basic human rights don't deserve to be respected. Then you tried to say I didn't pay attention to the whole video, when it was actually you who didn't lol

id: 551011 - Text:  @Knowledgematters32  Yessss, like the way his voice changed, and he made follow up videos on it? almost like he wanted to humiliate her just like she humiliated him. This hurt him a little more than someone who just wanted to "help" someone change their life. I feel like she felt what he felt and she wasn't goin...so she played him like she knew best.

id: 551036 - Text: I watched this about a week ago and have been thinking about it, off and on, since then. In the 2nd interview, there is hope and she's getting her life back on track. Then came this interview. Obviously the loneliness and familiarity of the streets called her back. If I had to guess, she Asriah probably does feel guilt and remorse for taking so much of Mark's money. In almost all of Mark's videos, a reoccurring theme is guilt and shame of the life the person is leading. If I had to guess, this video and the comments adds to Asriah's guilt and shame. She won't be able to stay high enough, long enough, or turn enough tricks to get away from it. That being said, with the situation being made so public, I wonder if she will feel that suicide is the only option? I realize she, or her sons, may read this comment one day. I hope it doesn't push her over the edge. I hope my comment makes us all wonder how much of the Soft White Underbelly needs to be exposed?
