I see a half healed black eye, a lot of hard swallowing like she's trying not to cry, and a lot of biting her lips to keep from speaking. I don't think the second video was an act. I think it was genuine. But change is terrifying when it means acknowledging past pain amd trauma. I agreed with the people who said she needed professional counseling. She will, if she ever decides to try again to change. But this video looks like fear and sadness and disappointment in her current position and how she got back there, and trying desperately to put a wall up to block herself from those feelings. And the fear look increased when the guy was there.
At the end of the day, mark was right to cut the financial help off, and he's right about he's just 1 man behind a camera and he has to protect himself as well.
But I hope he doesn't refuse if she gets the courage to try again. And I hope this helps him learn how to try and set future people up better for success if he tries this again with anyone. The relocation was a good start. The number change should have been done, without a chance of delay. But there's a major piece missing here, and that's the involvement of trained professionals to help with getting off the drugs and learning to change behavior patterns and expectations with the people around them. Because he's not either of those kinds of people. But he cares and has a platform that can raise funds to help. Relocating further away and into a drug treatment and rehabilitation center maybe would have increased the chance of success.
But all 3 of these videos have been moving, and beautifully done. And I'm thankful for finding this channe
