id: 509825 - Text: I am saddened by this story. Im not downing all DCF agencies but in Florida they dont care. I cant name them but I know of a little child who was in a drug house, police were called, and DCF. They told the caretaker(who has reported several times) they will drug test the mom. Never did, the child went back, hardly went to school, and I will add the school never reported this child being absent AND they were aware of the history. Long story short my family member has the child changed schools, he now gets dental care, routine checks with pediatrician, and I am proud to say the child is an honor roll student and will be going to an A rated christian academy after elementary. We all love the child, we are all involved in his care. DCf failed Kelly, placing her back into the arms of an abuser over and over again. Sometimes the birth parents are the worst, but I do believe all of these kids being sex trafficked is more sinister than we can imagine and I know I may get thumbs down BUT I truly believe there are ties with foster care systems and DCF when it comes to all of these kids missing and sold..some people are monsters and will do ANYTHING for a dollar especially when you have kids who have no.immediate family or anyone to advocate for them. Ive seen it many times in Florida where the case workers do not do the work and and LIE on paperwork, people find these things out when a child dies. Its sick. This video is heartbreaking and I am so close to my second degree to halt some of this, I cant do it all but Im gonna do my part to stop it. Im praying fir her and all the rest if the young ladies.❤
