This video just shows that the people interviewed on this channel are in very complex situations, drugs being a big part of this complexity and hardship. It's difficult for anybody to change. Helping people in these situations are not that easy, and I'm not surprised it didn't work out. It's not that Asriah "betrayed" Mark, or that she's under control of her pimp, her past, or the drugs... When you've known an environment and a system all of your life, it takes a lot to change your life around.
