id: 532132 - Text: Idk cause I guess I’m just a pure soul despite being a recovering alcoholic and “sex worker”. I never stole or lied (other than to my mom). I lied to her because of how she thinks. Growing up I couldn’t go anywhere at all, she didn’t trust anyone so I had no friends. So I’d try to maintain a perfect persona. My f ups I would admit to. I just seemed to show up for things. Wanted to be in the hood. Wanted to drop out of college due to a traumatic experience. But for me I thought my body was what I had to offer and that I wasn’t hurting anyone, I wasn’t selling drugs, so I rationalized my behavior. ( idk why i decided to share this, but my point was I didn’t wanna change when I was sent to treatment but deep down inside I began to change. Without the alcohol the need to have sex with randoms disappeared.)
