You can even see it in her eyes throughout the interview and her body language. You can't just throw money at someone stuck in an abusive, dangerous cycle. She was trafficked and sexually abused starting at age 13. By all means, I'm sure you mean well as do all people donating. But the issues are systemic, societal and need serious political lobbying to improve. Even the fact the Fly is in a gang has to with systemic racism, poverty and limited access to education, jobs and housing in a safe neighborhood. Obviously the frustration towards her is understandable but she needs therapy, rehab and for a long time before she will be able to really let go of that life.
