Your values and perception of sex will be different from mine which will be different from theirs. And as they mention in the video, it's not just sex they offer: it's intimacy, the "girlfriend experience" or it's sexual/relationship advice and for some, giving that intimacy might be something they enjoy. It takes a unique person that has what it takes to willingly enter that industry, but that's also the same with other careers like being a police officer, surgeon, etc. I'd recommend you look up The Honest Courtesan, she's a sex worker that has an online blog (under the name Maggie) and is happily married.
