She is 20 years old, there is a lot of things she could be doing but she wants fast money. She refuses to start from the bottom and build, she just wants the to skip to the final level when she isn't even prepared for level 1.
She wants to do real estate or write a book, how about she start by getting a job, going to a cheap community college, fafsa will cover the whole charge especially since she was in the foster care system. College kills 3 birds with 1 stone, she has a place to stay, learning, and setting herself up to achieve her goal of getting into real estate and being a writer...
