If she went to the police with someone with influence maybe they would investigate for the sake of these men not ever doing it again to someone else. The sad thing is if these men were charged they would probably only get like 4 years. Men like this need life or the death penalty, that might deter people from committing these crimes. Or even if we had a better investigative process in place to easily find and prosecute these people then they would think twice. American law needs changes ASAP.
