I started watching this channel because I do want to connect and understand people outside of my own realm of experience. However, after watching a couple dozen of these videos (which were all pleasantly enjoyable and sweet, until I remembered that all the crack/drug addicts I've ever known wouldn't tell you the color of their socks even if you were JUST done with running them through the wash/dry), it occurred to me that this is simple exploitation. How can you film and publish a human being that is high on crack? Asking him incriminating and personal questions? What is the amount of the check you hand over for interviews? With your 100s of millions of views and 1.5 million subscribers? Say what? $$$$$

Patrick has repeatedly said how many different rehab programs he’s been through, and even had a salaried position in and soon after Mark asks “have you been through rehab?”. Part of being a good interviewer is listening to the person your interviewing. This happens in most of his interviews and as a viewer I feel sympathetic to the subjects that they have to repeat themselves over and over.
