I have said this before on another video of his. I appreciate his content but I really do think that something is "off" about him. I just can't shake the feeling. It's certain tones he uses when he is speaking to the women that says it all. Very strange, kind of sinister. Plus why would he mention Tiffani making "Bad decisions" in his comment? He definitely gets off on these interviews and demeans the women in his own way.
id: 1348884 - Text: When the covid mask thing happened. That's when I paused to scroll down for the comments. So I did originally think it sounded just annoyed and a little rude. (Knew comments would have been amusing) I thought that it wasn't distracting enough to say anything, but I get you take the look of the video on your mind. You see the lifestyles of people often. I See how it's easy to get callus to it (I've lived a life of addiction.) subconsciously though. Sooooo maybe you should keep in mind how the viewers with bleeding hearts have felt. It would have been a lil more chill to tell her why it's a problem. She was obviously anxious. Could be a ton of reasons.

Besides paying them for interviews, big-hearted Mark has spent $200,000 of his own money on helping these people with food, phones, hotels, tents, IDs, etc., and he’s often who the people of skid row go to when in need. Mark posted a week ago that he is still losing money making these videos (mainly because YT demonetizes them for “inappropriate content”). So it’s not true he’s “getting rich off these people” but he does give back to the people more generously than anyone else does. Mark is a good guy doing something great!

Watch Jerry’s recent video—Mark single-handedly took him from begging on the street to situating him in an apartment and is covering his rent. Did you watch the videos of Rita who he also got into housing? He’s worked with Amanda’s parents to help her with her medication and is expected to give an update soon. He helped Niqi before she died and the list goes on and on. All at his own time and sometimes expense while producing his channel. Mark became disillusioned with the corporate world and wanted to “give back” in a more meaningful way. Is that so hard to believe? Kindness feels better than greed. I know Mark to have a kind heart and generous spirit. If you can’t tell that by watching his videos I don’t know what more I can say to you, but I’m grateful I can see it because it’s such a powerful thing to witness kindness in action that it brings tears to my eyes. We need more human beings like Mark! I hope in time you come to agree. ☮️
