I think I'm more acquainted with these topics than you assume. Much of the danger actually stems from the collective attitudes that people hold, thus pushing these sex trades into marginalized status. These widely held attitudes perpetuate certain power dynamics that feed the danger you are citing. Recognizing the conflation of attitudes and perception of the trades, and how that impacts those trades would go a long way to making them safer. Changing the attitudes would change the professional landscape. Therefore, attitudes can be considered as much of a significant contributor to the danger as the nature of the job itself.💃
