id: 1367365 - Text: I have mixed feelings about legalizing prostitution. On one hand it happens and has always happened and I’d like the sex workers to be safe and regulated. On the other hand I don’t want to make it seem like a career that people should be encouraged to take ( I speak from experience of knowing girls who have done this and seem ok about it but in the long run it ruined their self esteem and leads to addiction). I think I would choose legalization however to keep sex workers safe and of legal age. It is not “easy” money, there is a price that comes with it but it is fast money so very alluring especially to desperate people.
