I'm going to list down a few examples.
Chris Benoit was a generally succesful figure in the WWE industry. However, he sustained head injuries due to his signature move being him dropping from a high area and landing on his opponent's upper body.
His idol and best friend, Eddie Gurrero, another wrestler, died of an overdose. So basically, in addition to having long term head injuries, basically ruining his mental health, Benoit was also depressed. He allegedly committed suicide and took the lives of almost all his family members before committing suicide. The only surviving member was his son. With his son inheriting his name and some of his facial features, the big establishments in the entertainment wrestling industry refuse to sign him due to his reputation.
I hope you see the point I'm making.
Now, while Lana hasn't exposed the child's identity yet, as he/she isn't born yet, it's alright for the time being. But I'm almost certain lana will expose her child's identity soon enough. She was gullible enough to not think about the consequences of the porn industry, and she doesn't even know the repercussions of having children. If lana does choose to expose her child's identity, she would probably be one of the worst "celebrity" parents of all time. Her child would undoubtedly have a childhood full of bullying, as society and alot of children can be judgemental. This might affect the kid's confidence and happiness in the long run. As lana can't apply for certain jobs due to her reputation, I'm assuming that it might be that way for her child as well.

I don't think that justifies something that clearly shouldn't be done simply because millions of women have done it. My point being is a lot of people may be polite enough to just ignore your past, but don't expect everyone will. There's a reason cyber bullying exists or bullying in general is a problem among unenlightend half wits, even something as innocent as "teasing" could be kinda annoying. "Oh yeah your mom sucks a lot of cocks, did she teach you anything about that?" These might be some examples. Whatever she did in her time, she'll have to live with whatever the consequences too. As we all will in our lives. I highly recommend Ran Gavrieli's Ted talk about the negative impacts of porn it's very interesting.
