If they have nothing to hide, they'll hide nothing. I'm recently divorced and will never date again, however, if I do, that's exactly what I'll be asking for. I never dated when my kids were young because I knew I wouldn't always be home, and I was abused as a teenager and I know for a fact that if I told my family, they would never have believed me or they'd put the blame on me.
